License

This license governs your use of the Warpkit source code template ("the template"). By completing checkout, you agree to the terms below.

Grant of License

On purchase you get a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the template's source code to build and ship an unlimited number of your own projects, for yourself or for clients. There is no seat limit, project limit, or renewal fee.

What You Can Do

• Build unlimited personal or commercial projects with it
• Modify the source code however you like
• Deploy projects built from it to production, for yourself or a client, without attribution

What You Can't Do

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template itself, modified or not, as a standalone product, boilerplate, or course asset
• Publish the unmodified (or trivially modified) source in a public repository
• Share your repo access (see below) with anyone who hasn't purchased a license

Shipping a product built with the template is always fine. Turning around and selling the template itself, or a thinly reskinned copy of it, is not.

Repo Access

Access is delivered as an invite to a private GitHub organization that holds the template repository, sent to the GitHub account tied to your purchase email. Cloning or forking the repo before you build your project is expected; access to the org is what's license-gated, not any snapshot you've already pulled down.

Updates

Your license includes lifetime updates. New commits land in the same repo, pull them whenever you want.

No Warranty

The template is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from its use.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled per our Terms of Service.
